Best Western Rewards® members** (“Member(s)”) who: (a) register for the Promotion (either on bestwestern.com/winter or as otherwise permitted (e.g., at the front desk of any Best Western® branded hotel));(b) complete an eligible stay* between December 1, 2017 and January 31, 2018 (“Promotion Period”) at a Best Western branded hotel; and (c) have a valid email address listed in the Member’s account profile, will earn a promotional $10 USD Best Western Travel Card® (“Gift Card”). The Gift Card will be issued in the member’s local currency. The Gift Card can be redeemed at any Best Western branded hotel worldwide.

There is no limit to the number of Gift Cards each Member can earn during the Promotion Period. Gift Cards will be issued in the Member’s local currency or an equivalent amount in another currency.

Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership required prior to the first eligible stay. Eligible stays completed prior to Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the Promotion requirements. Best Western Rewards enrollment may be completed by visiting bestwesternrewards.com. Gift Card(s) expire 120 days after the date of issuance. Expiration date(s) will be stated on Gift Card(s). No extensions, substitutions, or replacements available.

**All Best Western Rewards members are eligible for this promotion regardless of their country of residence.

Promotion is not valid with any other offer, promotion, or discount. No extensions, substitutions, or replacements available. Promotion is non-transferable. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice or while supplies last. The Gift Card will be sent electronically to the Member’s email address (regardless of whether the Member has opted out of Best Western communications).  Please allow 2-3 weeks after completion of the eligible stay to receive the Gift Card. Gift Cards will not be sent via mail or any other means other than to the Member’s email address as registered in the Member’s account profile. The Gift Card is not transferrable. *An “eligible stay” for the purpose of this Promotion is defined as any stay of one or more consecutive nights at the same Best Western branded hotel, with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, a stay booked through a tour operator, or a stay booked at a special discounted rate (see Best Western Rewards program rules for further information on eligibility criteria). Multiple check-in/check-out at the same property with less than 24 hours between check-out and check-in will count as one eligible stay. Eligible stays which take place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before January 31, 2018 to be counted towards the Promotion. Eligible stays which take place during the Promotion Period, but which have a check-in date that overlaps the beginning of the Promotion Period, will be counted towards the Promotion.
